Rachael Murray, Senior Trainer
Rachael Murray is a certified Dale Carnegie trainer and presenter at Dale Carnegie Training of San Diego. Rachael facilitates Dale Carnegie Course/ Skills for Success, Leadership Training for Managers, High Impact Presentations. She also does one-on-one coaching.
In addition to creating a fun and positive environment in which the participants feel comfortable trying new things, Rachael brings people of all backgrounds and skill levels together in such a way that everyone is challenged and able to learn from those around them.
Rachael has delivered Programs for UCSD, Jensen Meat, YMCA.
In addition to Dale Carnegie, Rachael works in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Rady Children’s Hospital and Sharp Mary Birch Hospital. She has been a Registered Nurse since 2004 and has been a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner since 2011. Rachael has been teaching patients and their families and training new RNs and Nurse Practitioners for over a decade. In addition to the NICU, she has worked in the Emergency Department in Chicago, IL and in Pediatric Urgent Care in Atlanta, GA. She is also an active member of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses.
Rachael holds a M.S. from Emory University and Post Master’s Certificate from Rush University.
Her hobbies include: Running, cooking, and listening to live music.
She is originally from Waupaca, Wisconsin, and even though she spent most of her adult life in Chicago, she’s still a Green Bay Packer fan!
